The initial image which gave me the inspiration for this work was a photograph of multiple pink carnations by Tony, a photographer and member of www. ArtForums.co.uk. I asked his permission to use the idea and then proceeded to manipulate the image in Adobe Photoshop. I liked it so much I recreated it in pencil. I'm thinking this can't be art!!! I was having way too much fun!
I feel that it is probably the best piece of artwork I have done to date so consider it my masterpiece
Remolino is a Spanish word which relates to the dresses that Spanish dancers wear in their holiday celebrations.
