This is my present masterpiece, a set of 4 dancers depicting the 4 elements - water‚ earth‚ fire and air.
The first depicts the arrival of winter with the first of the rain;
the second depicts the arrival of autumn with the first leaf fall;
the third, with its colours swirling round her, depicts the heat of the summer;
and finally, a younger dancer with different costume and veiled face represents the emergence of youth breaking free from the opening bud of a wind plant to depict the new growth of spring.
